Standard Recruitment and Growth Pass™
R15,000 excluding VAT upfront acquisition engagement fee
1% of the final transaction value on the signed or formally agreed sale, payable within 7 calendar days
The R15,000 excluding VAT is payable upfront after the acquisition mandate is signed and before ACG begins a dedicated search, releases detailed opportunities or facilitates introductions. The 1% success fee becomes due once the buyer and seller sign or otherwise formally agree to the sale, and must be paid within seven (7) calendar days of that agreement, subject to the signed mandate.
Essential, Professional and Elite
No upfront acquisition engagement fee
0.5% of the final transaction value on the signed or formally agreed sale, payable within 7 calendar days
No separate R15,000 acquisition engagement fee is charged while the applicable membership is active and fully paid. The 0.5% success fee becomes due once the buyer and seller sign or otherwise formally agree to the sale, and must be paid within seven (7) calendar days of that agreement, subject to the signed mandate. Member pricing is secured only where the relevant acquisition mandate is signed while the membership is active and fees are up to date.
R5 million acquisition
- Non-member Standard and Growth Pass™
- R15,000 upfront + R50,000 success fee at 1% = R65,000 excluding VAT
- Growth Member Essential, Professional and Elite
- R0 acquisition engagement fee + R25,000 success fee at 0.5% = R25,000 excluding VAT, plus the separate applicable membership fee
Membership fees and transaction success fees are separate charges for different services. A membership fee is not part-payment of an acquisition success fee.
All fees exclude VAT and are subject to the applicable signed recruitment agreement, Growth Partner agreement or acquisition mandate. Replacement support is subject to the terms and conditions of the signed recruitment agreement.
