Growth Pass™ covers one successful recruitment placement. The 12-month validity period is the period in which that placement may be completed. Any additional placement requires a new Growth Pass™ or an active Growth Partner Membership.

Activate Growth Pass

The placement fee becomes immediately due and payable when the candidate accepts an employment offer or agrees to the appointment, whether verbally, electronically or in writing. Payment is not conditional upon the candidate’s commencement date.

The Growth Partner Programme™ is a 12-month relationship beginning at Essential. Standard Recruitment and Growth Pass™ are recruitment products, not memberships. Growth Pass™ covers one placement, excludes book acquisitions and receives non-member acquisition terms.

All fees exclude VAT and are subject to the applicable signed recruitment agreement, Growth Partner agreement or acquisition mandate. Replacement support is subject to the terms and conditions of the signed recruitment agreement.

Standard Recruitment and Growth Pass™

The acquisition success fee becomes due once the buyer and seller sign or otherwise formally agree to the sale of the book, practice or business opportunity. The applicable success fee must be paid within seven (7) calendar days of that agreement, subject to the signed acquisition mandate.

R15,000 upfront + R50,000 success fee at 1% = R65,000 excluding VAT
Growth Member Essential, Professional and Elite
R0 acquisition engagement fee + R25,000 success fee at 0.5% = R25,000 excluding VAT, plus the separate applicable membership fee

Membership fees and transaction success fees are separate charges for different services. A membership fee is not part-payment of an acquisition success fee.
