Role overview
The client is a growing financial advisory practice in Rivonia, Johannesburg. It is looking for an ambitious, organised professional to become the first key support person in its growing advisory book.
The successful candidate will be trained by experienced people, trusted with meaningful responsibility, and rewarded for helping the practice grow. Because the role is the first of its kind in the practice, there is a genuine chance to shape it from the beginning.
This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointments, follow-ups and daily administration.
- Assist with client communication and service requests.
- Organise documents, records and workflow tracking.
- Support projects, campaigns and business development.
- Help create reliable systems as the practice grows.
Minimum requirements
- Reliable personal transport to and from the office.
- Availability to work on site, Monday to Friday.
- The ability to handle confidential client information responsibly.
- The right to work in South Africa.
- A strong academic or work record, with references.
Skills and competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Accurate document, record and workflow management.
- Professional, friendly and confident dealings with clients.
