Role overview
Universal Life Brokers is seeking an experienced, fully qualified Senior Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager to join its established financial-services practice in Blairgowrie, Randburg.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial advice across investments, retirement planning, long-term insurance, risk planning, tax, estate planning and related wealth-management solutions.
Preference will be given to an established adviser who has an existing client base or book of clients and a demonstrated ability to generate new business independently.
This is a senior, commercially focused position suited to a mature and self-driven financial adviser who is fully qualified, no longer operating under supervision and capable of managing the complete client-advice process.
Remuneration structure
The package is structured according to the candidate’s experience, production history, existing client book and agreed commission split. The company may consider:
- A basic salary of up to R30,000 per month, together with an adjusted commission split; or
- A commission-only structure, potentially based on an 80/20 commission split, subject to final agreement.
The final structure will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Universal Life Brokers provides access to established office resources, including a full administrative support team, Microsoft licences and office systems, product-provider infrastructure, compliance and operational support, professional office facilities and a collaborative financial-services team.
